📢 Important Info

This is a final reminder to submit your child's Intent to Re-enroll form if you have not yet done so. We have hard copies in the office if needed. Please do not reach out to us to confirm that we have received your form if you have already submitted it. We will contact families directly if it is still missing on Friday.
Due date is this Friday, February 13. 

We need this form to confirm that your child will be returning to SELS next school year. This will determine the number of spots available in our upcoming lottery. If we do not receive it by the deadline, we will have to assume you are not returning and the spot will be open for lottery applicants. 
 

📆 Our Schedule This Week

Tuesday: Community Meeting ~ 9:15 am in the SELS Gym.
Wednesday: Minimum Day ~ Middle school release 11:45 am; Elementary school release 1:00 pm.
Thursday: SELS PTC Meeting ~ 5:30pm at Truckee Teas - 11429 Donner Pass Rd.
Saturday: Wish Principal David Manahan a very Happy Birthday!
Sunday: Wish 8th Grade Crew Leader Lindsay Hall a very Happy Birthday!

2/16-2/20: Ski/Skate Break ~ Reminder we have the entire week off for Ski/Skate Break.
2/27: Middle School–Only Social Event ~ 4:30–7:00 PM in the SELS Gym.

💡 Reminders

  • There is No School next week ~ February 16-20. We have the entire week off for Ski/Skate Break. Enjoy!

  • All SELS visitors, classroom volunteers, chaperones and drivers on fieldwork MUST check in at the office to receive a badge. You need to bring your driver’s license with you. Feel free to ask anyone in the office if you need assistance with this process.

  • We are still getting a lot of emails sent to our old email addresses. All SELS staff emails have changed from @truckeecharterschool.org to @ttusd.org. We are no longer going to be forwarded emails sent to our old domain, so be sure to double check that you are sending them to the correct email & please update your contact records accordingly.
