About SELS – quick overview video?

You have details in our info doc, and we would like to highlight a few points that we feel have been foundational to our success:

• We are born and raised in EL. Everything about our program was implemented in year 1 or 2, and except for some small adjustments, has remained similar to our founding years.
• As administrators, we have always put staff support and culture first. We see our job first and foremost to provide the optimal environment for teachers to be successful in the work.
• We have built strong relationships with our district, school community, and local/regional experts. These support structures have been invaluable to student learning.
• Combined, these have led to a highly implemented EL program, excellent staff (and retention), and effective academic and character learning for our students.
